Welcome to Us by Inawa. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Us application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Us is a private space designed first for couples. You can also open Family or Friends spaces for the people close to you. Every space is private and joined by invitation only: it lets you exchange messages, share media, coordinate a calendar and use features designed to strengthen your relationships.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
To use Us, you must create an account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you share through Us. By sharing content, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app, under Settings → Account & Security → Delete my account. Deletion becomes permanent after 30 days, and you can cancel it at any point during that period; your partner's shared space and their own content are preserved. You may also write to [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Your data
How your data is processed, how long it is kept and which technical providers are involved is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: Us shows no advertising, does no advertising tracking, and never sells your data.
